<LU> Samsdeg, de 4 Mee, hat den NSL Stroossen um Petanquetornoi ënner Strossener Veräiner deelgeholl. De Tournoi war vum Veräin B.O.S.S. (Balls Of Steel Stroossen) am Parc Riedgen organiséiert ginn. De Guy an de Dmitry si keng erfuere Spiller, awer si hu gekämpft wéi Léiwen an alle 5 Matcher. Si hunn dräi Matcher mat klengen Ënnerscheeder a Punkte verluer, a si hunn ee Match gläichgespillt. Am Match mat enger vun de Favorittenekippen hu si zu Null verluer. Et war eng ganz lëschteg Erfarung d'Petanquespill ze endecken. Dat Spill ass vill méi interessant wéi mir als geleeëntlech Zuschauer eventuell denke kënnten :)

<FR> Le samedi 4 mai, le NSL Strossen avait participé au tournoi de pétanque entre clubs de la commune de Strassen. Ce tornoi était organisé par le club B.O.S.S. (Balls Of Steel Stroossen) au parc Riedgen. Guy et Dmitry ne sont pas des joueurs expérimentés, mais ils se sont battus comme des lions dans tous les 5 matchs. Ils ont perdu trois matchs avec de petites différences de points et ils ont réussi un match nul. Par contre, le match contre un des favoris du tournoi, ils l'ont perdu à sec. C'était une expérience très amusante de découvrir la pétanque. C'est un jeu beaucoup plus intéressant que nous pourrions penser en tant que spectateurs occasionnels :)

<EN> On Saturday 4th of May, the NSL Strossen participated in the petanque tournament between clubs of the Strassen municipality. The tournament was organised by B.O.S.S.  (Balls Of Steel Stroossen) in the Riedgen park. Guy and Dmitry are not experienced players, but they fought like lions in all the 5 games. They lost three games with small score differences and played one game with equal score. However the game with one of the tournament favorites was lost outright. It was a very pleasant and funny experience to discover the game of petanque. This game is much more interesting that we might think as casual spectators :)
